This goes to show that their supposed IP67 rating is absolute lies. What a waste of money to have a product failed within the first years of use.

I wish to convert a paired to accept a wired connection. Had a chance to figure out which wires are the audio wires? Wanted to use mine while recording. Bluetooth obviously introduces latency so that's a no go. And I hate to wear headphones that cover my ears or sit inside them for too long.
Ok. The rubber sleeve comes off quite easily indeed. The button is a problem, you somehow got the pins out of the rubber, which you didn't show it in the video, and seems impossible... I opted to cut the little middle bit and could slide the rest over the whole thing. I also previously cut the titanium head wire, to shorten it a little and make it fit snug around the head. I can clearly see five twisted wires running along it to the other earpiece and the battery I think. There's blue, purple, green and red. Couldn't see black, but it might run in the middle... would make sense, because in your video you can see there's six. I'll see if I can find out which colors transfer the audio signal. And if I can simply use those to connect a mono socket to. Would think the bone exciter is still wired up much like a regular headphone speaker, but don't know.
Could look at it some more just now. Definitely 6 wires running along the headband to the left earpiece. Now left we've got the battery and a button that handles pause, skip and repeat. So we need 2 wires for power, red and black make sense. Could they be used for charging too? Guess so. Since we also need 2 for the button and then we've got 2 for audio. Or 1 if gnd is shared. From your video you can also see 6 wires going to the the right earpiece. This time purple and regular blue replaced by yellow and light blue it seems. Right we've got some holes which I suspect are the dual microphones. So we need 4 wires for those unless gnd is shared somehow again. I would 've used the new colors for this. And the red and black for power, if that was needed... Brown and green go both sides. Gonna see if those are audio.
Yes!!!! Guess correct. Brown and green is audio. Listening to a 8ohm 2wat speaker now haha. Cool. Thanks to your video I didn't need to open mine further.

That's very interesting, despite not understanding a word. But I got a dead aeropex headset, and I'm trying to splice it so that I attach a 3.5 aux input. I don't need the Bluetooth or battery functionality, just the ability connect the input by wire (which should provide enough power to drive the transducers). Optionally I would like to add the right transducer to the back of the left ear, so that I have both transducers on the left (because I'm completely deaf with my right ear). If you guys can point me (preferably in English) to which wires I need to connect to it would be greatly appreciated!

左耳の耳に引っ掛ける部分が折れてしまって、熱収縮チューブで補強できないか、、、そもそもチューブが通せないな、、、と思って探し回ってたところです
分解するとこんな感じになるのがしれたのは勉強になりました！
余談です、すみません😅
今現在はスチール缶ジュースを2cmx2cmのシート状に切って折れた部分に巻きつけて結束バンドでガチガチに固めて補強しています（笑）

ボタン部分は上からプラ、ゴムの順になっていて接着剤でくっついています。
プラ部分側から鋭利なモノ(カッターはダメ)で剥がす感じで取れると思います。

耳が開いてる分、外の音も聴こえるので重宝しています。気持ちが悪くなることはないのですが長時間つけてると(はさんでいる状態)痛くなるのが難点ですね。
今も使っていますが誤作動は起きずに使えています。ラッキーでした。
